We're continuing to grow and looking for experienced Business Analyts who want to join our team on a permanent basis and help our clients through providing high quality analysis that help solve our cleints' most pressing and complex problems. As a Consultant with Lonsdale Solutions you will typically work with other members of our team supporting or leading teams in delivery of larger and more complex programs of work with leading corporate and government organisations.
We're looking for people with demonstrated experience in Business Analysis including running workshops to help clients identify opportunities and realise business value. You will be working with stakeholders to understand problems and opportunities using data, metrics, and trends to provide compelling recommendations. An ability to author business and functional and requirements, along with process mapping and requirements tracability skills will be core skills you have. Equally important for us is that you have a strong focus on client satisfaction and have exceptional written and verbal presentation skills that allow you to engage with and build strong working relationships with your clients.
