We’re looking for someone who is passionate about leading great transformation outcomes for their clients from strategy articulation to solution implementation and optimisation. It will suit an entrepreneurial, well networked and innate leader, with strong customer facing experience, a passion for building and shaping consultancies and continuous improvement. We understand that you come from a practitioner background in Consulting and we will provide the opportunity to continue working on challenging assignments with great clients as you build out a team of dedicated consultants around you.
Management consulting experience, ideally from a credible consulting house (a Tier 1 or boutique operations firm)
Or you might be an ex-CIO or Senior IT Manager looking for a new challenge or to help others in your industry succeed.
Either way, you will have an in-depth understanding of the IT challenges faced by business and the knowledge to advise them and help them overcome obstacles.
You will have a great ability to build a rapport with stakeholders both external and internal, including C-suite executives.
Proven experience and a passion for delivering a wide range of complex consulting assignments that help your clients succeed
You are a great team manager and leader, and get satisfaction from coaching others to succeed and reach their potential
Have a proven record in business development capability and connections, and a willingness to build brand and market presence
Have experience in developing marketing collateral proposals / bids / RFPs.
Understanding of contractual obligations / SOW structures / pricing as related to professional services.
