Lonsdale Solutions is pleased to announce Jason Rawlings has joined our team as a Senior Manager.
Jason is a results driven, Senior Project Professional. He is PMP, PRINCE2 and ITIL certified with an outstanding record of accomplishment of success in the lifecycle management of complex infrastructure and application projects.
He utilises appropriate methodologies to manage risks, issues and change throughout the project, ensuring that deadlines are met, and expectations exceeded. Jason adopts a logical and analytical approach to solving complex problems and issues, driving system and process change to facilitate improvements in efficiency and performance.
Jason possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills used to great effect in building rapport with clients and stakeholders alike. He enjoys being part of a cross-functional project team with strong leadership capabilities demonstrated in the most challenging working environments.
Away from work he keeps busy with running ultramarathons on the trails, as well as coaching other runners and managing a running group. More recently he has taken up indoor skydiving.
